Everyone is welcome at these services and programs - members and non-members, Jews and non-Jews, moms and dads and grandparents and friends!

Opportunities to pray

Shabbat Services
Every Friday night, 6:15 pm
Shabbat services with free babysitting for children three through seven

Tot Shabbat
Rodef Sholom Sanctuary
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 9:30 to 10:15 am
Best for children ages two through kindergarten and their parents

Jonathan Bayer, the rock star for the pre-school crowd, will be using movement and song to introduce young children to Shabbat morning services.  Come with your child or grandchild and learn developmentally appropriate Jewish rituals and prayers that you can take home.  Hear an interactive story and experience Shabbat in a new way, whether you are new to Jewish prayer or ready to help Jonathan lead!  No RSVP necessary - everyone is welcome.

Opportunities to learn

B'yachad  (together) - a program for three-year-olds and their parents
One Sunday a month, two different sessions
9:15 to 10:15 am or 10:30 to 11:30 am, starting October 14
Taught by Cheryl Lazar, ECE teacher and Brandeis parent

Participate with your child in a variety of active learning experiences including: cooking, crafts, stories, drama, music and games. Chaverim (friends) - a program for four-year-olds
Sunday mornings, 9:15 - 11:45 am, starting September 30
Taught by Kim Press, former ECE parent

Young Children's Holiday Programs
We offer holiday programming with music, stories and snacks for children two through kindergarten for Sukkot, Chanukah and Purim.
