Make a donation of food We will be collecting canned and packaged foods for JFCS Food Pantry and the Marin Food Bank. The need is greater than ever. Items can be dropped off in the synagogue lobby in the marked container. Holiday food items would be greatly appreciated.

Meals of Marin This agency delivers meals to those who are homebound and dealing with a life threatening disease 365 days a year. Volunteers are needed to cook in their kitchen or deliver meals to their clients. There is always a shortage of volunteers in December. To sign up to help anytime in December, call Alex at 457.4666.
Provide food for Christmas dinner at Homeward Bound on December 25 Once again Rodef Sholom will be hosting a Christmas Dinner to the 80 residents of the New Beginnings Adult Shelter in Novato. This event has been a huge success in past years. You can help us make it possible by volun-teering to provide turkey, potatoes, salad, rolls, dessert, cranberries and more for this special dinner. Canal Alliance — many opportunities to help this Holiday Season Donate warm baby clothes and accessories for the new mothers enrolled in their programs. Volunteers needed to wrap or deliver presents for San Rafael Santa Cops This agency supported by our San Rafael Police and Fire Departments collects and distributes toys to families in need in San Rafael. Volunteers needed to wrap presents on Thursday, December 15 starting at 12 noon at San Rafael Armory. Help sort and pack donated food and toys The Novato Human Needs Center serves 600 local families over the holiday season. Volunteers (17 and over) are needed on Sunday, December 18th to help sort and pack donated toys and gifts for needy families. Also think about making a donation of toys or gifts yourself.
