Fifth Friday 6:15 pm Healing Service - A search for wholeness

On the fifth Shabbat of each month, when they occur, we focus the 6:15 pm Shabbat service on those in need of r'fua sh'lema, complete healing.  At this soothing and contemplative service, we draw strength from each other with personal stories and personal prayers.  Whether you are in need of a quiet service or healing, please join us.  Caregivers are especially welcome.

The fifth Friday healing services for 2010 will take place on January 29, April 30, October 29, and December 31, 2010.

In addition, we offer a healing service on Yom Kippur afternoon.

Prayer for healing - Mi Shebeirach
Mi shebeirach avoteinu
M'kor hab'rachah l'imoteinu

May the Source of strength who blessed the ones before us,
help us find the courage to make our lives a blessing and let us say, Amen.

Mi shebeirach imoteinu
M'kor hab'rachah laavoteinu.

Bless those in need of healing, with r'fuah sh'leimah,
the renewal of body, the renewal of spirit, and let us say, Amen.
