. . . for the world exists only because of the breath of little children who study Torah.

General Rodef Sholom Religious School information:
Overview Our religious school is the place for families who are interested in a meaningful and effective Jewish education for their children. The school consists of Kindergarten through 12th grade, with 400 students currently enrolled. In the early years, from Kindergarten through 7th grade, a family can choose the traditional Sunday School program, where children learn in and outside of the classroom on Sunday mornings. Or they can attend Kol HaMishpacha, where the whole family learns together. Or if the children are in 6th or 7th grades, the students can attend the Shabbat Morning Gesher program. Click on the name of each program to learn more. For older students, in grades 8 through 12, the Midrasha program offers more experiences and learning opportunities geared to older students. These programs are held on Tuesday evenings and begin with pizza and social time. In addition, we have found experiential learning to be a powerful to for our teens, and so we offer a number of different traveling experiences to our teens, from visiting Jewish Los Angeles to helping to re-build New Orleans.
