7:00pm Ginna Green on Civil Rights and Reparations. Part of the Torah and Justice Series.

Music and candle lighting will start this meeting with Ginna Green, a Fellow of the Kogod Research Center at the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America. She is a political strategist, writer and consultant. Ginna is a frequent speaker and writer on democracy, race, racism in the Jewish community, Jewish community diversity, and leadership.

Right now, more than 2 million Californians are living with toxic emissions from oil and gas drilling in their neighborhoods, causing life-threatening health impacts. Last spring, the RAC-CA community chose to champion health and safety setbacks around drilling sites, and now is the time to make a difference. At our Hanukkah Action, we will celebrate and take action to support and strengthen the proposed rule.

5:00pm Jr Jews Pajamakah Party
Dress your little ones (babies through kindergarteners) in their PJs, bring a blanket to sit on and your menorah. We’ll sing songs, learn the story of Chanukah, and light our candles. Afterwards, grab a doughnut treat bag to take with you.

5:45pm Pre Oneg on the Patio
Enjoy a warm beverage while you schmooze with fellow congregants.

Join us outdoors in the courtyard for our celebration of lights. Bring your menorah, candles, warm jacket and mittens, an unwrapped toy to donate and join us for singing, stories, and shabbat. Grab a bag from Johnny Doughnuts after to enjoy - in the car on the way home, maybe? Vaccinations required for everyone 12 and older. Masks are required. Everyone is welcome!

CRuSTY takes Jewish Heritage Night at Golden State Warriors
An epic night of Jewish heritage and basketball with the Golden State Warriors for 7th-12th graders. We can't wait for a fun evening together to celebrate the last night of Chanukah in sporty style. Brighten up a child's holiday by donating a new toy for the Multicultural Center to distribute. Drop an unwrapped toy to the bins in the lobby - on your way to the Shabbat Chanukah service, perhaps? Thank you for your generosity and sharing your light.

The Marin Fridge project will be busy this season. Bring fresh or non-perishable food to the fridge and pantry located outside next to the patio to help feed those in our Santa Venetia Neighborhood. Contact Moji with questions.
