7th Grade Gesher Program
Congregation Rodef Sholom is excited to relaunch Gesher, a program that was a hallmark for 7th grade families for many years prior to the pandemic. Gesher is for all families with students in the 7th grade, independent of where (or if) you are on your B’Mitzvah journey!
The pillars of the Gesher program are Jewish literacy, values, and social action. For 1¼ hours on occasional Saturday mornings and three special Friday night Shabbat services, you and your child will have the opportunity to learn together, get involved with social action, and engage in meaningful conversations. As your students enter their young teen years and take further steps towards independence, Gesher provides a unique space to build and strengthen family, peer, and community connections!
