In the Bin

Tucked below the Sanctuary, rooted at its base, is our Justice Center (Makom Tzedek) and its donation boxes (merkaz mitzvah). They occupy a space that leads to every place in our building, indicating that our paths to every destination invite and prompt us to offer people in need our support. Each month, we collect a different item needed in the community. Start a new routine: bring something for the bin with you every time you come to Rodef Sholom! 

*Our food bins are out all year, and non-perishable goods are always welcome donations.

Here's what we're collecting on a monthly basis:

Warm jackets, raincoats and sleeping bags for the unhoused community, to be distributed by St. Vincent de Paul Dining Room

New or gently used towels and twin sheets to be distributed to shelters in Marin by Homeward Bound
