Learn how to make homemade cheese with Eden Village West, the Jewish organic farm camp! We'll be making farmer's cheese and using the kitchen, specifically the stove.

For this activity you will need:
- 1/2 a gallon of Whole Milk (preferably not pasteurized, but definitely not ultra pasteurized)
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice or vinegar
- salt
- a pot
- a dish towel or cheesecloth
- a stirring spoon
- (optional) fresh herbs
