Join Sylvia Boorstein and our Rabbis for an afternoon of contemplative practice prior to Selichot services. Through chanting, sitting meditation, walking meditation, and chevrutah connection, we will deepen our practice of cheshbon hanefesh and teshuvah (soul-accounting, apology, forgiveness, and reconnection). 

Our time together will conclude with a festive dinner and musical Selichot services.
