Because there was so much interest in Dr. Eger’s work and book, we are bringing you a two-session follow up program. Led by congregants Marci Dollinger and Julie Fingersh, we’ll explore how to free ourselves from the every day mental prisons of our lives of anxiety, anger, victimhood, grief and more. We ask that participants come to the sessions having read the book and done pre-work, upon which we’ll base our own individual action plans for how we can move and think differently in our lives.
