Tired of the "screen-time nagging" cycle? West Coast Therapy and Wellness invites you to join us for this parent coaching workshop focused on skills for managing tech time and talking to your child about their online experiences. For parents of K-6th graders.

3:30pm start. Presented in partnership with Rodef Sholom's Religious School.

This workshop will be an opportunity to explore your own values about tech use, obstacles to reducing and monitoring kids’ time online, and take-home resources for building a tech-use plan. The goal of this workshop is to go beyond what we see in the news about kids and teens in the digital age: there will be a combination of learning, reflection, and tools to take, ending with a Q&A.

Joanna Jaroszewska is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with West Coast Therapy and Wellness, located  in Oakland, CA. Joanna has spent the past several years providing therapy and counseling services to help adults, children and adolescents navigate life's difficult moments.
