Tuesday, November 18, 2025 • 27 Cheshvan 5786
12:00 PM - 1:15 PMRodef Sholom
Did you know that 100 years ago, Jews were the majority population in Salonika, Greece? Does it surprise you to know that Jews came to Argentina in the 16th century? The majority of Jews in the US have roots in Ashkenazi Eastern European countries. But many Jews come from the Middle East, Africa, Asia and South America. Join us to take a look at the fascinating history and culture of Jews from Morocco, Argentina, Libya, and Hong Kong, communities you may know little about! We'll be hearing from members of our Rodef Sholom community who will share their experiences and perspectives about growing up in their Jewish homelands.
Join Jason Miao from Hong Kong in this discussion. Feel free to bring your lunch.
This is a members-only, in person event. RSVP below to attend.
