Rodef Sholom Madrichey

Our amazing teen Madrichey are vital to our Religious School program. Teens (8th-12th graders) on our Madrichey Team serve as mentors to our Sunday School students while engaging on a weekly basis. 11th and 12th graders have the additional opportunity to take on an expanded, compensated role as teen teachers in the classroom. This program allows teens to connect with Jewish values, gain community service hours, partake in social action opportunities, and grow as individuals. This program also includes leadership training sessions that help strengthen leadership skills that can be used inside and outside the classroom, as well as community-building social time that allows our Madrichey to grow closer as a cohort.
